Tricia May, MSW, LCSW
Tricia graduated from Indiana State University with her bachelors degree in Criminology and Psychology. She later went on to earn her masters degree in Social Work. She has earned clinical licensure and is currently a licensed Clinical Social Worker. Tricia is our owner of our practice and also maintains a caseload of clients. Tricia has certifications in trauma treatment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, play therapy, treatment of eating disorders, grief therapy, addictions treatment and more. Tricia mostly enjoys time with her family and traveling.

Her areas of interests include supporting her clients in identifying a balance in emotional, behavioral, and spiritual mental wellness. Ciera enjoys working with clients of all ages and strives to provide a safe environment for her clients. In her free time she enjoys traveling, gaming, and spending quality time with friends/ family.
NIKKI DAVIDSON, LMHCA
Nikki R. Davidson is currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate (LMHCA) and is working towards her hours to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Nikki graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Criminology and went on to pursue a master’s with her counseling degree. Nikki has worked in the field of mental health for approximately five years. She has experience working with all populations and a multitude of diagnoses. Nikki enjoys the work that she does because she says, “It is something that is a passion, helping people to learn how to better help themselves and live a more fulfilling life. If I can just hold space in a room for someone and sit and listen to their story and make a difference, then that is meaningful in both their life and mine. I really do love my work!”

Hannah O’Donnell, is a licensed social worker devoted to empowering individuals to cultivate self-worth and collaboratively identify effective therapeutic strategies to navigate the mountains and valleys of life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and human Relations from IUPUI, paired by a master's in social work. With seven years of experience in various social work roles, she has engaged with individuals from diverse backgrounds and various walks of life, and her passion lies in mental health therapy. Beyond her profession, she enjoys exploring the arts, baking, and immersing herself in the beauty of nature.
