Natalie earned her bachelor's degree in criminology through Indiana State University. She has also earned her Substance Use Cadac and is our Program Director. Natalie has many years' experience in addictions/recovery and mental health recovery. Natalie is avid physical fitness advocate. She enjoys keeping her mind and physical health healthy, spending time with family and traveling.

Derrick graduated from Indiana State University with his bachelor's degree in social work. He is currently working towards his master's in social work through Indiana University. He has four years' experience working in the addictions/recovery setting. He has earned his domestic violence treatment provider certification. Derrick enjoys time with family and traveling.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with at-risk youth and families from all walks of life.
